Introduction
This project focuses on the development of a custom fitness tracking app for Android. The main goal is to create a personalized solution that allows users to track workouts, activities and progress over time in a simple and intuitive way.
Which problem I have solved?
Many existing fitness apps are overloaded with unnecessary features or require paid subscriptions. Users often lack a simple and flexible way to track their fitness data according to their individual needs. This project aims to address this problem by providing a lightweight and customizable fitness tracking solution.
Technical Tools Used
The application is built for Android using Kotlin and XML. Room is used as the local database for efficient data storage, while AWS API Gateway handles backend communication. AndroidMPChart is integrated to visualize fitness data through dynamic and interactive charts.
